Customer Connection
Your team needs to get to their new product out of the warehouse and to the costumer as quickly and efficiently as possible. The demand for this product is enormous and it is up to you to streamline quick and efficient techniques which will ensure safe handling while meeting the growing demand. Knowing the competition can’t be too far behind; time is of the essence.

Multiple teams working both independently and dependently transport as many marbles as possible to the customer, using only sections of channel tubing and the tools provided. Planning, execution, continuous improvement, communication, and cooperation with extended workgroups, creative problem solving, and working with conflict are practiced and refined.

Debrief for a powerful learning experience
