Super Sized Teddy Bear
This unique and exciting program is a super sized team challenge that is sure to end in warm fuzzies!!! After a quick teddy bear toss icebreaker, your team will be divided into smaller groups. These groups will compete in a few short initiatives seeking to earn the raw materials and tools they will need to build a giant teddy bear, over 6 feet tall! After earning the resources each group will then choose a project manager, be assigned a department, and break out for the building portion.
Very quickly, the groups will realize that they are not competing against each other, but rather the departments are working together to construct one giant teddy bear. The departments (Legs, Arms, Body, Head & Clothing) must send their project managers to meetings at regular intervals to gather information from the other departments, essential to the seamless construction of our Fuzzy Friend. In the end, the groups will reunite and literally put the pieces together before adding their signature finishing touches on this special project.
Many of our super sized Fuzzy Friends have been donated to local rescue workers working with children, special care programs, hospitals, and families in need during the holidays. Others have found happy homes as the organizations new mascot and are prominently displayed in offices and lobbies. We will work with your organization to find a happy and fitting home that suits your Fuzzy Friends needs.
