business simulation that dramatizes the unique issues of a knowledge-based organization by challenging participants to manage tangible and intangible assets to maximize profits and contribute to long term growth.
Teams of 4 are each assigned the task of managing a knowledge-based company in a competitive and growing market over a 7 year period. Participants encounter real world challenges. They will need to develop a business strategy, compete for clients and employees, staff projects, manage personalities, maximize utilization, grow and retain employees, invest in R&D, manage careers, deal with project snafus, and control cash.
As a result of the simulation, sales professionals will develop and learn the key business issues required to succeed in a knowledge based organization, including:
