Managing Difficult Behavior
Managing Difficult Behavior provides participants with a keen understanding of what motivates people and what their underlying needs are. Tools are introduced that will help identify the underlying needs associated with specific difficult behaviors. New techniques to address the behavior in a constructive and non-defensive manner will be explored. Participants will have an opportunity to role-play common situations and to bring their own specific challenges into the workshop. They will leave with a new set of tools and techniques to better equip themselves for handling difficult behavior in a range of workplace situations.
