Consensus Building reviews the definition of consensus and identifies where it can be best utilized in an organization. It begins with an introduction to a model for reaching consensus. Participants will then partake in experiential learning activities designed to teach new techniques to effectively facilitate a group towards consensus. They will leave with an increased appreciation of when consensus is appropriate and how to effectively manage the consensus-building process.

Like it or not, problems occur on a regular basis in all companies. It is important to take a step back, resist jumping to conclusions, and put in place a structured approach as an aid to finding effective solutions. Equally important is good decision making. Good decision making should result in getting the most out of a situation with as little risk as possible.
