The challenge is for each team to recreate their portion of a customized masterpiece utilizing their artistic, networking and communication skills. No one knows the picture they are painting until the very end. When they see it, you can hear the group’s excitement at the wonder of what they just completed.

We’ll work with you to design a meaningful piece of art that incorporates your meeting theme, company message, and/or logo – the possibilities are limitless! We’ll breakup the groups into teams with names of 20th century artists who have made a major impact on the art world — Toulouse-Lautrec, Matisse, Picasso, Rockwell, Pollock, Liechtenstein, Hockney, Miro, Klee, and Dali to name a few. Let the fun and creativity begin! The entire group will have to work well as a team, coordinating efforts to recreate the masterpiece.

We have prepared and separated the giant artwork into sections, each measuring 3x3 feet. Each team is allocated a section of the artwork. If they take a ‘big picture’ approach, they will soon realize that if the art is to be worth anything, they need to cooperate rather than compete.

Corporate Masterpiece is all about sharing and communicating. The result is a work of art—in more ways than one. The participants will create something to be proud of and they will have all played an essential role in its completion.

Corporate Masterpiece is a great way to kick-off a conference with clients often using the completed masterpiece as a backdrop throughout the remainder of the meeting. Or, display the completed masterpiece permanently on the walls at work.
