We accomplished our primary objective: The two teams met under unusual and structured circumstances, accomplished some things together, had a good time, recognized the humanity in the other group, recognized that "they" are a lot like "us," and made business contacts that will be important to them in the near term future.        Google
Using Your Noodle
In this exciting sequence of energizers, activities, group challenges and initiatives, participants will sure learn how to use their noodle. Every activity utilizes colorful and versatile pool noodles as the main manipulative. Challenges vary from moderate pace and highly interactive to fast paced and riddled with energy! Our Noodle Professionals will create a sequence of noodle based activities that are designed to meet your groups needs.

Sample activities (Just a few of the many activities we use our noodles for):

Noodle Pass Progression
A great introductory activity that allows group members to get acquainted, while familiarizing themselves with our noodles (before making greater use of theirs)! The group learns basic noodle movement techniques while sharing information with each other and before they know it, more and more noodles are added into the mix. The environment changes while participants do everything in their power to keep the movement of the noodles progressing using the proper technique and in the right direction. Each member of the group is forced to collaborate with their neighbors before they get overwhelmed with the colorful foam!

Corporate Cube
Groups build one gigantic Corporate Cube that can house the entire company. Once the design has been established, the group will be given strict time constraints which will become their benchmarks for success. Will the groups naturally be “thinking outside of the box”?

Debrief for a powerful learning experience
Experiential learning activities are based on the principles of experiential education, and serve as the basis for engaging team building programs that deliver high impact team and leadership skills development. Debriefing occurs after the activity and is an important process designed to synergize, strengthen, and transfer learning from the experience to real-life, on-the-job situations. Our professional facilitators can tailor, modify, and debrief each activity to meet the specific needs of your team.
Sample debriefing opportunities
  • Developing relationships built around trust
  • Analyzing individual and team barriers
  • Calculating appropriate risk taking
We have over 100 experiential learning activities at our disposal. We will help you select the ones most appropriate for your situation.
